Gareth J.W. Warren MD

Warren Gareth, M.D., M.Sc.Dr. Gareth J.W. Warren, MD.

I call him Doctor Pervert. Doctor Nobody.  Doctor Danger.

One thing is for sure, to me certainly, and most any other reasonable person. I am not his first, nor am I likely his last victim.

I ask ANY other victims of Dr. Gareth Warren’s, patient or not. To contact me, or the NYSP.

I also want to know what the hell this “Dr. Quacko” was up to between 6/30/2007 and 7/01/2009. He did a Residency at the Syracuse Medical Center in General Surgery, and then apparently did NOTHING for two years, before heading off to Michigan to start ANOTHER residency in Urology. So, where the hell was he? What was he up too? One can only imagine!

If ANYONE knows, friend/relative/enemy/victim/patient please contact me.

The main take away here is:

  1. Doctor Warren Sexually Assaulted, Harassed and Stalked me.
  2. Doctor Warren has lied about his “American Board of Urology Board Certification” credentials. He is NOT, was NEVER, and likely never will be, Board Certified in anything..
  3. Dr. Warren was incapable, stupid, and malfeasant in his inability to diagnose my medical condition as a simple “Double Hernia”. I believe he intentionally “misdiagnosed” me to keep me as “his”.
  4. Doctor Warren lies to his employers, wife, family, friends, coworkers, apparently everyone. Unless they are aware that he enjoys sleeping with his elderly male patients.
  5. Dr. Warren is a coward. He had TWO opportunities to face me in a Court of Law. He never showed up to defend or explain himself.
  6. Dr. Warren is a coercive thief, who collects “trophies” from his victims.
  7. Dr. Warren uses his access to the URMC patient files as his own personal Tindr/Grinder/Craigslist to hunt for compliant, vulnerable victims.
  8. Dr. Warren is now using his good judgement to sit on the PTA of his children school.

I’ll add more points if need be.

Gareth Warren’s Plea deal with NYS Dept. of Health OPMC License Board
A urologist at the University of Rochester Medical Center can examine and treat patients only in the presence of a chaperone during a two-year probation enforced by the state Department of Health. Dr. Gareth Warren also received censure and reprimand from the department’s Board for Professional Medical Conduct after he did not contest the charge that he failed to maintain adequate patient records. The sanction takes effect Wednesday. Warren’s attorney, Thomas Prato, declined to comment and referred all questions to the University of Rochester Medical Center. According to a statement from Barbara Ficarra, associate director of public relations and communications for the medical center, "Dr. Warren is committed to meeting the requirements outlined by the State Board for Professional Medical Conduct, and he will continue providing care as part of our medical staff. His office is prepared to meet the requirements for his practice when the consent order goes into effect on 8/31. To satisfy the requirements, a URMC staff member will accompany him during patient visits." The state health department charged Warren with negligence on more than one occasion and failure to maintain records in regard to his treatment of a 49-year-old male in July and August 2015. The state alleged that during an office visit and examination on July 28, 2015 in his office at Strong Memorial Hospital, Warren engaged in “an inappropriate personal and non-medical” conversation with the patient. The state further alleged that on several occasions after that visit, Warren had an inappropriate personal and non-medical conversation with the individual, whose name was not part of the public record. The state also alleged that Warren failed to maintain a medical record that accurately reflected the evaluation and treatment of the patient. As part of the probation, Warren has 90 days to successfully complete a continuing education program in appropriate boundaries between doctors and patients. Warren was licensed to practice in New York in July 2014. Warren’s biography on the URMC website says that in addition to general urology, his specialties include reconstructive urologic surgery, male and female incontinence and erectile dysfunction.

Just have to say, glad I don’t have kids. I’d NEVER let my kids ANYWHERE NEAR Gareth Warren, MD. Of course, I also wouldn’t let my geriatric neighbor near him either.
